🗣️Calling movers, shakers, queers and those who love us!

Come take group class with me on Sundays + Mondays! Catch me at @fringepilates for reformer classes and at @theflooronatlantic (starting 9/13) and @pilates.garage for mat classes. We’ll get curious and specific about how your body moves and ways to be attentive to your body’s needs.

Especially as the seasons change, I like to get silly and granular, while offering sometimes unexpected movement instruction (so I’m told 😉).

Come for the ride with me, let’s get weird
