This is why women stay stuck.

Too many women ask five, ten, even twenty people what they should do before making a decision. Meanwhile, someone else with less experience is already taking action.

The point isn’t that women aren’t capable it’s that self-doubt can keep us waiting for permission instead of trusting ourselves.
