Steal my camera settings 🎥

These are some of my go-to settings when shooting cinematic footage.

From shooting in S-Log3 with S-Gamut3.Cine to keeping my ISO at its native values, dialing in white balance, and understanding how aperture affects your image, the little things make a big difference.

I usually aim to expose between +1.3 and +2.0 on my camera’s meter when shooting S-Log3, but every lighting situation is different.

These aren’t rules you HAVE to follow, just a starting point that’s helped me get more consistent results.

Save this post for your next shoot 📌

Being busy doesn’t always mean you’re being productive. 💭

You can spend an entire day doing a million different things and still make zero progress toward your actual goals.

I’ve realized that being productive isn’t about how much you do, it’s about what you’re actually getting done.

Sometimes 2 hours of focused work will get you further than 10 hours of just staying busy.

Stop measuring your progress by how exhausted you are at the end of the day. Start measuring it by what you actually accomplished.

What do you think? Is being busy the same as being productive? 👇
