For four years, Zumba has been so much more than a workout—it’s been my routine, my therapy, my happy place, and a part of who I am. 💛

Going from teaching and dancing every week to wearing a knee brace and focusing on recovery has been one of my biggest adjustments. I miss the music, I miss my students, and I miss doing what I love.

But I know this is only a chapter, not the whole story. Poco a poco, I’m getting stronger every day, and I’ll be back on the dance floor soon. Until then, I’m celebrating every little victory along the way. 💃🏻🫶🏼✨
