For anyone that guessed Athens if you looked at my stories you guessed right! Nothing like waiting for your pick up to your first fitting for a new job. First day of school is always exciting and a little terrifying.

Auditioning alone shouldn’t mean acting into a void.

Watch the split screen.

Zina Wilde is running the scene with no reader in the room, while OffBook Studio responds to her cues in real time. She gets to stay in the scene instead of stopping to manage it.

That’s the problem I built OffBook Studio around: the nights when the audition comes in, you need to rehearse or self-tape, and another actor simply isn’t available.

Not a replacement for another actor.
A way to keep working when you’re on your own.

Rehearse. Record. Book.

What a week. The inaugural retreat in one of the most sacred places on earth for me. The summer camp that I went to as a kid keeps giving me everything I have ever needed. The ground and the wings to reach my highest creativity, presence and play. Thank you to all the lovely participants and thank you to @55yearsymcacampchalkidiki for giving me the opportunity to come back to the land that gave me so much. Till next time. @theeuzina

The benefit they don’t tell you about:

You finally have room to think again.

A week away from the notifications, routines, deadlines, and constant noise gives your mind somewhere else to go.

You swim. You walk. You eat well. You stay out late. You wake up somewhere beautiful.

And somewhere in between, you start thinking about the things you actually want to think about again — the dream project, the idea sitting in your notes app, the version of your life you haven’t had enough space to imagine.

Sometimes a change of scenery gives your mind exactly what it’s been asking for.

Greece is waiting. Come spend a week with us. 🇬🇷

Most helpful tip if you’re planning a Greece trip:

Go in September.

The water is still warm, the weather is beautiful, and the crowds are all back to work.

You get the most authentic version of Greece. Local summer, if you will.

Sep 15–20. Come write something, build something, swim, wander, or do absolutely nothing. Details in bio.

Finishing the first draft of a new script is a feeling that AI can’t replicate. I could get a full script just by feeding it to AI in a minute, it might even have been a better script. But what AI couldn’t give me was the moment before I sat down and I was feeling lazy, the moment when I decided to sit down and do it and the feeling of accomplishment from taking an idea and putting it on paper.
