Caviar of the South – This fan favorite features zesty pimento cheese made next door at @sanilaccreamery. Its topped with fresh cracked black pepper and a drizzle of olive oil atop a perfectly toasted slice of roadhouse bread made down the street at @zingermansbakehouse!

Roadhouse Joe – This silky smooth coffee was formulated in 2003 and has been a crowd-pleaser ever since! It is a mix of Papua New Guinea, Costa Rican, Indian, and Brazilian Peaberry coffee. Each added for their contribution in body, balance and nuttiness. This roast makes for a fantastic press pot or Chemex brew, with notes of rye, walnut and dark chcocolate.

This month's Roaster's Pick coffee is a single-origin peaberry from Tanzania, renowned for its rich, volcanic soils and abundance of rainfall - ideal conditions for growing coffee. 🇹🇿 ☕️

It comes to us from Mwika North, a cooperative established in 1984. Mwika North became one of the first organic certified producer groups in the Kilimanjaro region, known for game reserves and large coffee estates. The producers still take pride in following organic farming standards.

This coffee is full-bodied and crisp with fruit flavors that remind us of apricot and peach! 🍑 by @zingermanscoffee

The Es Alpukat is one of our most unique summer sips. Hailing from Indonesia, the name translates as “Ice Avocado” - and it’s just as refreshing as it sounds! Our Roaster's Pick this month hails from the women of Café Femenino® in Colombia. Your purchase of this coffee helps us support a community project!

Nestled in southwest Colombia, Cauca stands out globally as a coffee-growing gem. With its rich volcanic soil, this region offers a nurturing terroir where coffee plants thrive.

What truly sets this coffee apart are the women who grow it. This specialty coffee comes to us from the Café Femenino initiative, founded in 2004 within CoSurCa (Cooperativa del Sur del Cauca) - a sustainable development farming cooperative, established as alternatives to illicit crops.

Today, the Café Femenino Colombia program proudly supports 438 female coffee producers. For over twenty years, this program has empowered women in coffee agriculture while upholding the highest standards of quality and sustainability. The women of Cafe Feminino Colombia control the additional revenue of their coffee production and use it to fund community projects as well as training on farm management, gender equality, leadership, health, and food security.

Zingerman’s Coffee Company is proud to help empower the women of CoSurca; a portion of the proceeds from this coffee go toward sponsoring a project to bring internet capabilities to their community.

Our long-awaited Summer Sips are here! ☀️

1. Es Alpukat - A shake-like treat enjoyed in Indonesia. Made with fresh avocado, our cold brew coffee, honey, & blended with ice.
2. Amanda Palmer - Our beloved homemade lemonade, infused with our freshly brewed Red Tea (a blend of elderberries and hibiscus)!
3. Arnold Palmer - The classic yet elevated combo of our homemade Rishi black tea and homemade lemonade.
4. Frigo - Your choice of Chocolate or Caramel. Made with Calder dairy cream, cold brew coffee, chocolate or caramel sauce. Blended with ice & topped with whipped cream!
5. Kyoto Cold Brew - 400 years of Japanese tradition and 12 hours of patience. This cold brew is made in small batches in our cafe!
