Tropical Bakery is one of those places that’s just part of growing up in West Palm Beach. The coffee, the pastelitos, the croquetas, the Cuban sandwiches, so many memories tied to this place, and they’re still here doing what they’ve been doing for decades.

This Saturday, we’re honored to bring Tropical Bakery × Zipitios together for a special collab menu and kick off Hispanic Heritage Month the way we know best, through food, culture, and community. 🇨🇺🇸🇻🇲🇽

Collab menu starts at 12PM and we’ll be serving it throughout the day in limited quantities.

It was only right that we did a Cuban. 🇨🇺🤝🇲🇽

Testing out our Cuban sandwich for the Tropical Bakery x Zipitios collab. Tropical Bakery Cuban bread, ham, Swiss, jalapeño garlic mustard aioli, and our crispy Michoacán-style carnitas.

A little West Palm nostalgia with a Zipitios twist.

Tropical Bakery has been a West Palm Beach staple for almost 40 years, and for us, this one is personal.

We grew up going there. Our families stopping for Cuban coffee. Pastelitos de guayaba, croquetas, tostadas, Malta, Cuban sandwiches, steak sandwiches all things that bring back memories of growing up right here in West Palm.

So on September 12th, we get to do something special with our friends at Tropical Bakery.

We’re bringing both kitchens together for a special menu of sandwiches, desserts, and a few remixes that represent both of us.

This is West Palm collaborating with West Palm.

Local people. Local businesses. Generations of memories in the same city.
