I’ve been using @reasonstudios’ Kong Drum Designer for years, and there’s so much you can do with it. 🥁

From creating drum patterns to chopping samples, it’s one of those devices that’s worth exploring.

And now it’s included in Reason Free, so it’s free forever! You can even use it inside the DAW you already work with.

Get 20% off Reason+ using link in my bio.

The softness of the title says it all. In Soft Serve, just like the ice cream, Lazarusman makes the track feel smooth and easy at first, but there’s more beneath the surface. He reflects on colourism from the inside: how ideas of beauty are shaped, shared, and rarely questioned. It quietly touches on desire, conditioning and the way people can be admired & reduced at the same time. A hard truth, sitting on top of a shuffling Zito Mowa groove🍦
