@emilystellafletcher’s number one skincare tip isn’t some serum. It’s showing up for herself on every level, skin, body, and soul - so that she feels like her most radiant self.

Ask her about her glow and she’ll start with her meditation practice that she’s been doing twice a day, for nearly 20 years. Then her sleep quality, her supplements, the cacao she drinks most mornings, and the red light she rests in her lap while she meditates. The products matter, and so does everything around them.

🪞 That’s what The Radiance Ritual Guide is: Emily’s full day, in order. How she wakes up, what she takes, what goes on her skin, and how she winds down at night. Plus a couple of discount codes for the things she loves most.

👉 Comment RADIANCE to get your free guide.

The proof? Besides her glow on the outside, Emily feels it on the inside too. And at 47 years old, a biological age assessment estimated Emily’s biological age at 37.

This isn’t about trying to chase youth. It’s a reminder that getting older and feeling older are not the same thing. This is about feeling your most radiant at every age, and turning your routine into a ritua🪽

What if sustainability isn’t the goal, but just the starting point? 🌱

In our latest podcast episode, @emilystellafletcher sits down with @_tonycho_ regenerative placemaker, founder of Future of Cities, and author of Generation Regeneration, for Why Isn’t Everyone Building Regenerative Cities? 🪄

They explore:
🌎 Why regeneration means giving back more than we take
🏙️ What cities like Paris, Copenhagen, and Milan can teach us about designing for people and nature
🌿 Why a “green” building means little if the community around it isn’t thriving
🤝 How nature, community, and culture can become the foundation for a different way of living
♻️ Why the problem may not be a scarcity of resources, but how we’re allocating them

Tony’s work asks us to imagine something bigger than doing less harm: What would it look like to build communities that actually leave people and places better than we found them?

"Woo" has a funny way of becoming "wellness" once we understand the science behind it 🔮

Meditation. Breathwork. Time in Nature. Heat. Light.

None of these are especially new. In many ways, we're remembering our way back to practices humans have worked with for generations, while getting better at understanding why they work.

@emilystellafletcher has used sauna for years, but she walked away from her recent conversation with @sunlightensaunas co-founder Connie Zack saying she learned more about infrared in one hour than she had in years of using one 🔥

They unpack why infrared isn't one-size-fits-all, how far, mid, and near infrared differ, where red light fits in, and why wavelength, dose, and delivery matter. Connie also shares the personal story that started Sunlighten more than 25 years ago.

What if the love you say you want isn’t the love your nervous system knows how to receive? ❤️

In our recent podcast episode, @emilystellafletcher sits down with @sabrina.zohar, dating and relationship coach, host of The Sabrina Zohar Show, and author of Why Am I Like This?, for Why Isn’t Everyone Finding the Love They Desire? ❤️‍🔥

They explore:
❤️ Why attachment styles aren’t fixed
🧠 How old patterns can keep us choosing what feels familiar
🗣️ How to express your needs without abandoning yourself
🔍 Two questions to ask when you’re triggered: “How old do I feel?” and “Who taught me this?”

Plus, Sabrina coaches Emily through a real dating experience and what happens when silence activates an old wound.

The takeaway: knowing what you want is only part of it. You also need the capacity to receive it.

What if the most important thing you’re spreading isn’t your message, but your frequency? 🪄

In a recent podcast episode, @emilystellafletcher sits down with @jimcurtis1, coach and author of The Book of Possibility, to talk about “Why Isn’t Everyone Stepping Out of Suffering and Into Possibility?”

One of the threads they explore is the idea that our lives are always communicating something.

Through our work.
Our words.
Our presence.
The way we move through hard things.

Jim’s work is ultimately about helping people loosen the grip of suffering and open up to a different possibility.
And sometimes that shift starts with something simple:

🌹 See beauty. Spread beauty.

What if screen time isn’t just changing what we see, but how we experience the world around us? 👁️

In this week’s episode, @emilystellafletcher sits down with @dr.meenalagarwal , board-certified optometrist and the doctor who coined the term spatial awareness processing disorder, for Why Isn’t Everyone Getting Unstuck from a Flat World?

Dr. Agarwal’s work began with a question about what was happening in her own life and grew into a framework for something many of us may be feeling without having words for it.

They explore:

🧭 Why simply “cutting screen time” may miss the bigger picture, and what happens when we stop looking up and out
🚗 Why skills like driving, biking, and navigating independently matter more than we realize
⚖️ How spatial awareness affects balance, orientation, and our sense of where we are
🤝 The connection Dr. Agarwal draws between spatial awareness, empathy, and our ability to relate to others
🎧 Simple ways to wake up your peripheral awareness before and after screen time

This conversation offers a different lens on experiences we’re quick to label as anxious, clumsy, distracted, or introverted.

Sometimes, before we can feel connected, the body needs to know where it is.

The garden is you 🌱

And sometimes the most productive thing you can do is stop pushing, tend to your nervous system, and give yourself space to come back to center.

Rest is not falling behind. Regulation is not laziness. It’s what helps you return to your life with more clarity, capacity, and choice.

What if the exhaustion you keep calling burnout is actually your body bracing against every feeling you never let yourself feel? 🪞🪽

In this week's podcast episode @emilystellafletcher sits down with @sahdsimone. Spiritual teacher, humanitarian, creator of the Somatic Activated Healing (SA) Method. They talk about "Why Isn't Everyone Dancing Their Feelings?" 💃🔥

Sah's training wasn't built in a classroom. Over 300 days of silent meditation. A chaplaincy unit at Cedars-Sinai, six months after his own mother died. Dance found him on a floor in Bali, grieving and getting sober at the same time. It never let go.

We've been taught to talk about our feelings instead of feeling them. This conversation is an invitation back into the body.

In this episode you'll learn:

🫀 Why narrating your pain story on repeat keeps you stuck in it. And how one hour of dance can move what years of talking couldn't.

🌊 Why your exhaustion is actually caused by the energy it takes to hold your feelings down instead of letting them go.

🔥 How pleasure becomes a tool for transmutation, not an escape. The ecstasy inside the agony, not instead of it.

🕯️ Why dance was never meant to be a performance. And what it means to reclaim it as your most direct line to the divine.

No feeling is too big that it can hurt you. That's the whole teaching.

This conversation felt like watching a dance floor turn into an altar. Proof that the feeling you've been avoiding was never the danger. The avoiding was.

Apocalypse doesn't mean the end of the world. In Greek, it means the lifting of the veils. 🕯️

In this week's podcast episode, @emilystellafletcher sits down with @elayne.kalila, psychotherapist turned priestess and founder of the Priestess Presence Mystery School, to talk about "Why Isn't Everyone Priestessing Themselves?"

Elayne is one of the most important voices on the return of women to spiritual authority. She spent years as a therapist before her own body cracked the door open to this work: nearly 30 years ago, deep in the conscious menstruation movement, she found what she calls the blood mysteries, a map of death, release, and rebirth written into her cycle. She has since spent over a decade helping people navigate what she calls the most profound initiation a woman will ever face: perimenopause and menopause.

In this episode you'll learn:

🩸 Elayne’s perspective on the history of women, healing, and spiritual authority
🔥 Why perimenopausal rage can be something to listen to, not just suppress
🕯️ How she practices accountability without collapsing into hatred
👑 What it means to “priestess” yourself through uncertainty and change

This entire conversation felt like standing in front of an altar built from both grief and fire. Proof that the rage you've been taught to fear might be the wisdom trying to get through.

Meditation might seem like it’s always a solo practice. But this week, Ziva Live reminded us that it can also be a team sport 🧘‍♀️🌀

This week, more than 400 people were initiated into a meditation lineage that has been passed from teacher to student for thousands of years.

One person at a time, each student received their mantra.

A mantra isn’t an affirmation or a phrase you repeat to convince yourself of something. The Sanskrit word translates to “mind vehicle.” It’s a specific sound used to help escort the mind from the active, thinking layers into subtler states of awareness, where the body can settle into deep rest.

Each person received that practice individually. Then, for the first time, everyone came together to use it as a collective.

It became the largest global group meditation in Ziva’s history.

Imagine hundreds of people all over the world accessing the quauntum realm at the same time. We are still feeling the magnitude of it ❤️‍🔥

If you haven’t experienced Ziva Meditation yet, start with the free 3-day preview and experience what happens when you stop asking your mind to behave and give it a vehicle instead.
