🏀⭐ THE VALUE OF PLAYING THE RIGHT WAY! | ZIYAH MACK — CLASS OF 2031 🔥

NOT EVERY IMPACTFUL PERFORMANCE SHOWS UP IN THE SCORING COLUMN! 👀

Ziyah Mack (2031) put together a solid Day 1 performance at the STARZ R BORN ELITE GIRLS CAMP, and what stood out most was her approach to the game!

From the skills stations to live-game competition, Ziyah displayed a strong work ethic, a willingness to learn, and the type of consistent effort that coaches appreciate.

💪 SHE'S WILLING TO DO THE WORK!

Defensively, Ziyah brings a high motor, stays engaged, and works to make the right reads. She competes with purpose and understands that effort and attention to detail are just as important as individual talent.

But one of the most impressive parts of her performance came on the OFFENSIVE END! 🧠🎯

SHE RECOGNIZES ADVANTAGES THAT OTHER YOUNG PLAYERS OFTEN OVERLOOK!

Throughout game play, Ziyah consistently looked to get the basketball inside, recognizing when her post player had a mismatch and making an effort to capitalize on it.

Instead of forcing contested shots or trying to create something that wasn't there, she remained patient, surveyed the floor, and looked for opportunities to put her teammates in favorable scoring positions.

THAT'S UNSELFISH BASKETBALL! THAT'S COURT AWARENESS! 👏🏽

At this stage of her development, Ziyah is showing some important qualities that can help build a strong foundation for her future — discipline, patience, defensive effort, and an understanding of team basketball.

📈 THE WORK ETHIC WILL BE THE DIFFERENCE!

As she continues to sharpen her individual skills, build confidence, and expand her offensive game, that relentless motor and willingness to learn can take her a long way.

🌟 ZIYAH MACK | CLASS OF 2031

THE FLASHY PLAYS MAY GET THE ATTENTION, BUT THE PLAYERS WHO EMBRACE THE DETAILS HELP TEAMS WIN!

Keep working, keep developing, and keep trusting the process! The foundation is being built! 💯🏀
