hi, i’m so glad you’re here. 🏰 i’m zoey! ever since i first saw cinderella castle as a 4-year-old, i knew i wanted to be a part of making magic. now i’m living it as a photopass photographer on the disney college program 📸 and one day im going to be an executive in the attractions industry. but that’s not the only dream im chasing… i keep coming up with more and more to pursue! 🙌

this is where i’m sharing every step of the journey towards my dreams: the lessons i’m learning from the people who make the magic happen, the projects i’m working on, and everything in between ✨ (plus a few cameos from my maine coon, simba!!)

stick around for my journey!! 🧚‍♀️ by @zizabelle_

i asked the man with my dream job how to get noticed... 🏰✨

during my disney college program, i got to attend a session with jeremy schoolfield, senior manager of executive communications at disney experiences and former communications manager at walt disney imagineering (aka my dream job!!). of course i came prepared with my notebook 📝

my biggest takeaway? getting noticed doesn’t start with a title. it starts with showing up, doing your best work, and sharing what you love, even when no one asked you to 💫

swipe for the advice i’m holding onto, and read the full story on my substack, link in bio 💌

Before I graduated from college I had the amazing opportunity to be interviewed among other graduates about my dreams and hopes for the future. Of course, I shared about my dreams for Disney but also about the things I have already accomplished! Never be afraid to shoot for the stars and remember to stop and smell the roses on your journey up!! 🙌💖🫶✨

During my Disney College Program, I had the opportunity to attend a session with Thomas Mazloum, Chairman of Disney Experiences. I walked away with two pages of notes, but this simple piece of advice is the one that stuck with me most.

It’s so easy to jump straight into talking or taking action, especially when you’re eager to prove yourself (guilty! 🙋‍♀️). But the best leaders take the time to listen first.

I’m sharing more of what I learned from this session on my Substack. Link in bio! 💌

These photos are so special to me. 🫶⬇️
When I was a little girl, we had lots of disney DVDs as they were being released from “the vault” (ifykyk!!) but Monsters Inc. became special to me because it was the only one we had on VHS. Because it was different than the others, I became more fixated on it, watching it over and over again. When Monsters University came out, I was the happiest child ever and when we got that on DVD it was also watched over and over again. With the addition of the new Pixar area in Hollywood Studios I finally got to meet Sully and give him a hug I dreamed about as a little girl! This is your reminder to never forget or minimize what makes Disney storytelling so important to you… and take that photo!!
