What a way to kick off PEAK WEEK! 🏆🔥

A huge thank you to every athlete who joined us for the OCB x Stoic Posing Society Community Day — especially for giving us your time on Day 1 of peak week. With show day just around the corner, the energy, focus and support in the room were unreal.

📸 Thank you to @zk.creative.media for capturing the day and giving our athletes some incredible images to take away with them.

🎁 And a massive thank you to @buffstuds_apparel and @crumble_and_sprinkle for providing our door prizes and continuing to support and work alongside Stoic. We’re incredibly grateful to have businesses who get behind our athletes and our community.

Days like this are exactly what Stoic Posing Society is about — bringing athletes together, sharing knowledge, building confidence and making sure no one walks into show day feeling like they’re doing it alone.

Now it’s time to bring it to the stage. Good luck to all of our OCB athletes this weekend — SHOW TIME! 🏆 by @zk.creative.media

ANB X STOIC WORKSHOP 🤝

What a workshop! 🔥

A huge thank you to every athlete who showed up and brought such an incredible attitude, energy and willingness to learn. You were all absolutely fantastic, and it was a pleasure working with each and every one of you.

A massive thank you to ANB for endorsing Stoic Posing Society and trusting us to help prepare your athletes to step on stage with confidence, precision and presence.

As always, thank you @zk.creative.media for the insane media provided and @buffstuds_apparel for giving away 2 epic shirts as random door prizes. We are so lucky to work with both of you.

We’re incredibly grateful for the opportunity and can’t wait to see where these athletes take it from here. 🖤 by @zk.creative.media

We had the most incredible morning with @atora.westend 🥹🙏

25km for @beyonddv

We had over 50 athletes doing their bit to help raise money and awareness for our 4000km run across Australia.

No matter the distance or speed, everybody showed up with a smile to run for something bigger than themselves. We had PB’s, laughs, new friends, a few cookies, oranges and some very tired legs but most importantly we continued to bring awareness and conversations around domestic violence in Australia.

What we did today was hard but it’s nothing like the suffering of those in domestic violence environments.

As a community we are here to do our bit to change that.

An absolutely massive shoutout to @morgss.bailey for bringing this to life @atora.westend @atora.training for hosting us, everyone who showed up and donated, thank you!

You can still donate via the link in our bio and if you want to support in other ways please DM us

We leave in 6 weeks. This is Project Australia.

Less than 4 weeks until we’re back on the @ocbaustralia stage. Here’s some backstage pump up shots from last year.

Our very first Stoic Posing Society Workshop is officially in the books. 💪

What started as an idea to create a space where athletes could learn, grow and feel supported has become a reality—and we couldn’t be more grateful.

A huge thank you to every athlete who came along, asked questions, stepped outside their comfort zone and trusted us to be part of your journey. The energy in the room reminded us exactly why we do this.

This is only the beginning. Here’s to building a stronger posing community, helping athletes step on stage with confidence, and continuing to raise the standard.

Thank you to our official SPS photographer @zk.creative.media for capturing every single second of this workshop. We are so grateful for you.

See you at the next one. 🤝🏽 by @zk.creative.media

A huge thank you to everyone who came along and made this workshop such a success. The atmosphere was second to none, with athletes of all experience levels coming together to learn, improve and support one another.

It was fantastic to see such an incredible range of competitors — from first-time athletes stepping on stage for the very first time, through to seasoned competitors fine-tuning the details that make all the difference. The energy, willingness to learn and passion for the sport was evident throughout the entire session.

A massive thank you to WNBF Australia for collaborating with us and to World Gym Stafford for hosting such a fantastic event. We love being able to help athletes build confidence, refine their presentation and bring their best package to the stage.

We can’t wait to see everyone put these skills into action this season. See you at the next workshop!

We’re proud to officially welcome ZK Creative as the official photographer of Stoic Posing Society.

From the very beginning, Zac has been more than just a talented photographer. He’s someone who genuinely cares about the people he works with, takes pride in his craft, and consistently goes above and beyond to capture moments that matter.

What sets Zac apart isn’t just his ability behind the camera,it’s the way he makes people feel comfortable, confident, and valued throughout the entire process. His authenticity, professionalism, and passion for helping others shine are qualities that align perfectly with what we are all about.

Whether it’s capturing an athlete’s hard-earned physique or the emotion behind competition day, Zac has an incredible eye for telling stories through his work. His attention to detail and commitment to excellence are second to none.

We’re excited to continue building together and providing our athletes with the highest standard of photography and content creation.

Welcome to the team, Zac. The future is bright. 🔥 by @zk.creative.media

Day in the life of an eepy girl.

I laugh when people say bodybuilding is a lonely sport, because if you truely dive yourself into it, it’s not. The well awaited thank you post for some special people who helped me along the way.

@heftyhumey my coach, but more importantly my partner in crime. I couldn’t have done this season without you.

@classiccalista my posing coach, but also one of my closest friends. You helped me realise my potential and so much more. I can’t thank you enough.

@zk.creative.media for the backstage media - without you, I would’ve forgotten about the fond memories I made on the day. It’s so easy to get caught up in the emotion of the day - now I get to remember all the good parts as well (+ consume endless amounts of cherry ripe cookies)

The @buffstuds_apparel crew (@sibaralzaherphd @ashton.576 @willwertheim_bodybuilding ) - your support on the day and weeks prior was always appreciated. I can’t thank you guys enough + Sibar the goat for the cherry ripe choccies.

& of course everyone who came to support me (@kartinia.bueno @laurensteel & @cassiebubb_teambubb especially).

What next? Maybe 4 days out, maybe end of my season - stay tuned 💙 by @zk.creative.media
