Forever Family🤞🏼🤍 AAU 2026✅ One of the most fun summers I’ve had since becoming a coach. Everyone sees the games and how fun they are to watch on the court. But the best part about this group is That they’re even better people off the court. The Culture this group has is second to none! A lot of teams throw it around but this group really is a Brotherhood🤞🏼🤍 Till Next Spring Fellas! And final voting… 1. @brendon_lee724 2. @jjvdagoat 3. @foster.armstead by @zlatham260

God’s Path Made A Lot More Sense Looking Back Than It Did Walking Through It 🚨Long Paragraph🚨 This a lil different than what I normal share but I’ve noticed a lot of us get caught up in our social media image. We get lost in thinking social media is real. It’s not A year ago today, I had just recently left OPS and was helping start up a brand new AAU program. My transmission in my old car had just blown and the only way I was getting around was uber or a friend picking me up on the way. I was facing depression and dealing with extreme anxiety on a daily basis. I was walking around with $9.74 in my bank account and was spending most days chillin in a dark bedroom. But on social media, I was posting the same content I always did. Workouts were doing great, the AAU team was performing how they were suppose to and from the outside looking in…people assumed that it was all great. That’s how it looked on social media Fast forward to today. I’ve been blessed with several amazing opportunities that will come to light very soon. I have complete control over the anxiety that once ruled over my everyday life. All the people I started OPS with are graduating and starting their freshman year of college while my 2029 kids are all making their varsity basketball debuts. I’m financially comfortable and today I made my first BIG purchase by getting a new car. I say all that not to gloat or ask for praise. I say that to say don’t get caught up comparing what you see on social media to what you’re living in your everyday life. Life gets difficult for all of us at times but if you truly put your Trust in God and take one step at a time, you’ll always come out on the other side. And if you’re ever doubting that, don’t hesitate to reach out to me and I’ll be someone that helps you feel heard. Because I’m forever thankful for those that helped me over the past year 🙌🏼🤞🏼🤍 Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways submit to Him, and He will make your paths straight.” — Proverbs 3:5-6 by @zlatham260
