Last week I turned 28 ✨. Now that the year is coming to an end, I’m also tattooing for about 8 years (wow time really flies) so I thought this painting would suit the occasion.
Thank you all for your constant support during the last eight years, I really appreciate every single tattoo I get to make on you beautiful people! 🖤
I won‘t lie, there was a lot of blood, sweat and tears involved to get to where I am today.
I wanted to quit a few times in the first 3 years during my apprenticeship, but I‘m really happy I didn‘t. I pushed through and never gave up. I worked my ass off, went to seminars and conventions, did guestspots etc to give you the best tattoos I could possibly do at the time and I will continue to do so in the future!
I‘m already excited to see what the next eight years will have to offer, there‘s still so much to learn and experiment with!

For this painting I‘ve used fw acrylics and micron pens on 300g Arches cold pressed paper (the green one).

First session down on this samurai! The stomache is a horrible spot to get tattooed, I appreciate you trying your best man! I know it sucks haha 😅

His first tattoo btw!

My customer told me he only wants a giant backpiece, nothing else.
No other tattos, no experience in getting tattooed before, just a giant dragon as his first and last tattoo (spoiler alert: we already talked about a sleeve in the future…it never ever ends with the first tattoo 😂)

It was tough, for both of us. The back hurts like hell and if you‘ve never been tattooed before you prolly don‘t know how to deal with the pain which is making my job a lot more difficult aswell.

In the end we obviously managed to finish it after a lot of sessions, a lot of pain and a lot of filling in these damn scales haha.
Cause momma didn‘t raise no quitter!

Let‘s get your backpiece started this autumn -> the sooner you start, the sooner you‘re done cause trust me: the older you get the more it hurts 😅

Life lately 🌞

I‘ve been tattooing for about 10 years now..craaazy if I really think about it! Time flies so fast and all of a sudden you‘ve been making permanent regrets for a decade!

Never ever could I have imagined where I‘ll end up, I‘ve been to so many conventions the first three years with my mentor @brentmccown_ , loads of guestspots, moved to three different cities until ending in Vienna (for now? 🤷🏻), met so many good people (and a lot of shitty ones) aaand the most important thing: had fun doing what I love!

I‘ll be honest, I have no idea where the journey is heading and how long I can keep riding this train of tattoo-fun with everything going on in this world right now but I‘m super grateful to be doing this job and I‘ll keep doing it until my hands fall off!

Thank you to all my customers, my family, friends and my better half who keep supporting me no matter what! 🖤

This massive falcon was so much fun to do, let’s do more like it please!
I believe we did 2 days of shading in a row, the linework was already healed 🌞
