feeling delicate and sentimental over my journey since Saturday’s DNA Fest show. remembering the version of me that was so heartbroken and lost, thinking because she didn’t make it through to the BFA Musical Theatre program, her talents were invalid… Shortly after, the summer of 2019 proved every redirection has a purpose. Then lockdown during the 2020 pandemic was a blessing in disguise, allowing me to focus on the calling I heard to pursue music for real this time.In 2021, my bestie @kikianaking invited me to take heels classes with her, and I was reborn. the chip on my shoulder for not getting into the program I thought was meant for me was the fuel to prove to myself that I can make my dreams come true for myself. From then I kept on working, training, and building my own “programs” to get myself to the next level as an independent artist. Stepping into my triple threat identity fully. And as I kept opening doors for myself, doors began to open for me. One in the form of @developingnextartist & @epicenterartsentertainment that nurtured me as I bloomed before my very eyes. 12.25.23 - I used to wear my insecurities like accolades but they’re more like battle scars. across the world people struggle deeper than mine, so what am I doing if I am not able to persevere like them? to be resilient like them? to fight for causes bigger than myself? in order to fly I have to set myself free. my gift is my vulnerability. my gift is my voice. so why not use it for good? ••prod by @eshrack_ by @zoefelice_

the last of our Bluff series (for now)~ fall4u is such a mercury retrograde coded song isn’t it? how fitting that it is the last of this batch, landing the day before retrograde begins to transition to direct. i’ve been learning a lot about myself & relationships lately. what im willing to put up with and how i’d like to be treated, by myself and by others. i’m so fascinated by what it means to be human that sometimes i feel so alien to the experience because most of the time i’m in observation mode & i forget i too am impacted by the journey. i’m excited to keep growing through sharing my art and perspective, i say this over and over again~ but it truly is my purpose to connect with others through my creativity. time and time again i am brought back to this same place, where all i have is myself and my art. so it’s about time i stop fighting what i’m supposed to do and just do it. if you had all the time in the world and money wasn’t an issue, what would you rather be doing? by @zoefelice_

the topic is HONESTY ladies and gentlemen, theys and thems. as we come to the end of this mercury retrograde, i implore you to think about how honest you have been with yourself and those around you, or the lack thereof. it’s a tricky thing, especially if you are challenged with people pleasing tendencies or have a desire to be liked and loved. but it’s better to be appreciated for who you really are than the facade of who you want to be seen as. right? we only have this one life with these exact circumstances, and the best way to enjoy it is to be the most YOU possible. it’s a challenge and can be so uncomfortable, but i promise you won’t regret it. i’m also coming to the end of the Bluff series, so i need to scout some new locations. where can you see me performing next? are we ready for new music to be released ? will yall come through to a live show? 👀✨ by @zoefelice_

the second of the Bluff series~ wrote this one back in October and couldn’t think of a better place to record this than in Long Beach. we’re coming up on a week of my Unreleased series. I feel so lucky to be able to pursue my craft in this way. one of my friends mentioned how she loves how easy the universe makes it for her to pursue her dreams and i’m seeing that in my own journey as i continue to take the inspired action without hesitation. another conversation from yesterday touched on what it takes to be an artist and really make it out there. the audacity and occasional perceived selfishness that is required to get ourselves where we want to be. fortune favors the braveleap and the net will appearcliches that hold such weight and truth when you truly understand what they’re asking of you. it’s not a matter of telling people what you want to do, it’s a requirement to go out there and show them. keep pushing yourself beyond your limits. see what you’re made of so you can look back and be proud of how far you’ve come. by @zoefelice_

i had a family reunion out in Long Beach and it was only right for me to film some Unreleased on the Bluff. •on this journey i’m faced with the challenge of being comfortable in the discomfort. in allowing myself to be seen trying and continuing to show up and do the work. it was so fun working through these fleeting feelings and realizing i was performing better than my inner critic was allowing me to believe in the moment. in this next batch of Unreleased, you get to witness that growth over a short period of time. what a beautiful reminder that sharing my art and putting myself up on my own stage is what i’m meant to do. i hope this serves as your own reminder to push through your own fears and insecurities. that people are most likely not judging you the way you think they might. that you’re more than capable of showing up and doing the damn thing. & i’m so proud of you for showing up! by @zoefelice_

a little ditty i wrote back in the beginning of 2025 when i first began playing with creating beats, a year and a half later it still hits the same <3 •i have a bad habit of being really good on my own, severely independent sometimes to a fault. or on the other end, overly pouring into people that aren’t meeting me where i’m at. but these days i’m learning how to healthily lean on my community and trust my intuition is guiding me to be surrounded by the right people. (1:11 as i type that) pouring from my overflow rather than my personal reserve. in times like these it’s more important than ever to be around people that uplift and elevate us just as much as we do them. by @zoefelice_

raise your hand if you’ve been personally victimized by your Saturn Return~ as a daughter of Saturn (5 place Aquarius, 3 place Capricorn stelliums 😮‍💨~ a true Saturn ruled chart) i have been handed challenge after challenge in this life, & this year especially. I’d like to say i’ve been coming out the other side stronger, more empowered than before. i wouldn’t have it any other way though, i am truly humbled and blessed to be able to live this life. witnessing my continuous growth and evolution. i wrote this one around the time we lost Finn, and i’m glad to see myself able to smile and feel joy to this extent. life can come at us fast, but it’s in the way we carry ourselves through that we see how resilient we really are. the love yall are giving me for this series is immense and we are only on post 2 of ??? let’s keep the momentum going, thank you for absorbing my he(art) 💖 by @zoefelice_
