Dear Mama,
Thank you for everything you have ever done for me. You are the strongest person I will ever know and I will always keep you in my heart. In 2002 when you were told you would die, you were the most scared about me. You wanted to see me grow up. Well here I am, almost 18, and you got to see me grow up. You got to see me be accepted into Concordia, sing in choirs just like you, but even more you touched so many peoples lives along the way. You are no longer here with us but your strength, faith, and kindness follows so many people and you will never be forgotten. You loved me and papa so much and that love kept you alive and forever will I be in debt to you. I promise to you that I will never live a day without thinking about you and I will devote my life to making you proud. Every time I sing i will sing for you. You don’t have to be in pain anymore.
