If you know me, you’ll know I’m obsessed with breathwork.

It’s a practice that’s supported me through grief, stress, big life changes, and so many moments when I’ve needed to come back to myself.

I’m so excited to be bringing Active Breathwork to Lolfa.

Every Wednesday evening from August, I’ll be leading guided Active Breathwork in the beautifully grounding studio. With just five mats, each session is intentionally intimate - chance to slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect with yourself.

If you’re curious, have any questions, or just fancy finding out more, slide into my DMs.

Otherwise, you can book via the link in the bio. 🌸💛 taken in London, United Kingdom by @zojohn

I said yes a few too many times and ended up with an Infrared Sauna.

This is Lolfa, which, for the non Welsh hunnies, means lounge.

A home away from home this beautiful space in Hackney is made for you to chill the eff out, sweat, detox and take a moment for you.

It’s private, so come on your ones, with bae or with your pals.
🌸♥️

I’ll be hosting small intimate active breath-work groups in the studio too, so DM me for deets.

Follow along xxxxx

Yesterday my favourite people got married.
We had the longest lunch, cried loads, and it was perfect.
