Had fun doing an @adobelive stream the other week! Here’s one of the ways I shared how to add textures to an animation. If you want to view all the ways I taught and a slower version of this you can watch the whole thing on YouTube. The link is in my bio @zonaefly. Thanks to everyone that came out to the live or watched a replay! Also thank you to @hochdotco for helping run the stream & @ryanselvy for the introduction! 💕 #streaming #adobelive #textures #learning #teaching #motiondesign #aftereffects #motiongraphics #adobe #texturetutorial #tutorial #tryingnewthings #behance #behancelive by @zonaefly

What if Professor Plum from Clue had a podcast? Quick little gathering of design ideas for a science podcast. I didn’t have a ton of time so there’s def a lot more directions I’d love to explore with this little design. Peachtober 2026 is here! Pulled my acorn flour animation from last years Peachtober prompt of Acorn and redid the logo to go with this year’s prompt of Oak. Logo for a flour company, Quercus the scientific name for Oak. Wanted to push a fun style instead of the usual serious flour looks you find on the shelf. More variations of the logo and some larger versions of the icons. The alt ideas for the leaves. These felt too complicated for the style I picked. The acorn ‘Q’ is still cute but I went with an easier to read option for this design exercise. Some behind the scenes of type tests and my illustrator design setup. A nod to The Office because that quote was the first thing that popped into my head. 😅 Excited to get into the rhythm of posting and sharing fun designs, motion, & illustrations this month! I’m a little behind on the video edits but hoping to record and share some bts for the rest of these! 💕 #peachtober26oak #peachtober26 @peachtober @furrylittlepeach by @zonaefly

Break up with Pinterest and go source some inspiration in the real world by going to a fun museum and learn a bit of history. Always have fun stopping a small local museum and learning. I’m excited to doodle some ideas from my road trip! The windmill will def be at the top of the list for the upcoming Peachtober prompts! Beautiful location and a great break from all the driving. Excited to go troll hunting in the future! Outside adventures are the best for creativity boosts. What are some different ways you’re sourcing your inspiration? taken in Elk Horn, Iowa by @zonaefly
