So many challenges over last ten year gym journey, BUT I never gave up. Double hip replacements, spine snapped in half, was given 24 hours to live in 2022 when I was in ICU…every single battle I’ve won, regardless of the setback. This includes 60 full organ shutdowns with zero medical assistance. I’ve been over weight and under weight, now consistently 62kg….
If you want to change you will…stop complaining if you’re not willing to suffer or put the effort in #gym #stateofmind taken in Bangkok, Thailand by @zoogs555

Visit to @tarongazoo - As an animal lover I never like any animals in cages. “Most of the animals here are “rescues” and have disabilities where they would not survive in the wild. We stayed overnight in beautiful accommodation with a Koala outside our window… thank you to the wonderful staff who many are volunteers #tarongazoo #animallovers #koala #giraffefeeding taken in Wildlife Retreat at Taronga by @zoogs555
