Halloween is extended to Monday! Come with your 2 left feet. All welcome 💗✨ (RSVP 🔗 on my bio) by @zouknights
Lambada Lab & Lounge is a relaxed practice time with no class and no teacher at the front of the room. It’s a shared space to work on what we’re learning, figure things out together, and enjoy it all on the social floor. 🔥 What we often need most is simply time… … to repeat … to ask questions … to try things with different partners … to make the movements our own 🪄 LAB & LOUNGE For the full two hours, the room is both. Bring a pattern from a recent class, a technique to clean up, or a sequence you only half remember. Join others exploring, form small groups, and break it down together until it clicks. Guidance is always available if you want it, and completely optional. 💫 CHOOSE YOUR GROOVE The music plays the whole time. Dance whenever you’re ready, take a break, grab a snack, or catch up with friends. Study, dance, or mix it up. No schedule, just come as you are. 🌱 WHO IT’S FOR (new to all levels) Never danced to Lambada is your whole heart. There’s room for you. Leaders, followers, and both-role dancers all welcome. 🛖 OUR SPACE Warm, welcoming, and safe for everyone. Respect names, pronouns, and comfort. 🍋 No food allowed. Feel free to bring your drinks in closed containers only. 📅 Mondays: Nov 16, 23, 30, Dec 7 ⏰ 4 PM - 6 PM (announcements at 4:30 PM) 📍 NoMa 3905 N. (PAST EVENT) We’re so excited to welcome @julieworlddance at the Lambada Lab & Lounge TODAY! Julie’s dance story started in 2005 with Urban dance in Paris. Since then she has found her heart in Zouk and Lambada, studying Lambada in Brazil (Porto Seguro) and teaching Zouk since 2018. She’s a certified Jack & Jill judge, created the R’N’B into Zouk methodology, and made history as the first woman in the world to win first place as a leader. 🏆 She meets every BODY right where they are, mixing feel-good body awareness with precise technique. Whether you’re just starting out or you’ve been dancing for years, time with Julie leaves you dancing more like YOU. 💬 Want to dance with Julie 1-on-1? Send her a message while there’s still space in her schedule (limited-spots).
