Would you try this homemade fermented drink

I turned apples, tangerines, ginger and sugar into a homemade fermented drink, and the result was worth the wait.

I chopped everything up, left it to ferment for 4 days, chilled it for 24 hours, and finally enjoyed it cold. The fruity flavour, ginger kick and fermented taste made every sip an experience.

CHOCOLATE BANANA BREAD

* 1 cup chocolate
* 1½ cups very ripe bananas
* 1¼ cups flour
* 2 tbsp cornstarch
* 1 tsp baking powder
* ½ tsp salt
* ¾ tsp baking soda

From fresh ginger to naturally fizzy ginger ale

I made a ginger bug from scratch using just ginger, sugar and water, then used it to ferment my homemade ginger ale.

The ginger bug is a natural fermentation starter. The wild yeast and bacteria feed on the sugar and produce carbon dioxide, which gives the drink that beautiful natural fizz.

Ginger also contains compounds with antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties and may support digestion.
It takes a little patience, but seeing those bubbles come alive makes it worth it.

Ginger Bug-
2 cups water
1 tablespoon sugar
1 tablespoon ginger

Ginger Ale-
2 liters water
150g Sugar
100g ginger
200ml ginger bug
2 lemons by @zovaniskitchen
