Meet Shirley and Sheila, 83 and 82 aren’t they AWESOME!? 🙌 besties since nursing school…

Drop a ❤️ or a message for them ⬇️. I filmed this back in the summer and forgot to share it, but these two deserve to be seen! I hope it inspires someone you love. 💛 Share it with them!

Their secret to stronger legs? Lots of walking and daily assisted squats (some days more than 10! Shelia just told me she sometimes does 40! How many can you do?). 💪

I call it the “sink squat” because you can do it right at your kitchen sink (Shirley and Sheila did theirs on a restaurant railing! 😂). Technically you’re not pulling on the sink or railing, just holding on gently for balance. The real strength comes from those legs! Always check that whatever you hold is sturdy and safe. ✅

Why it matters: research shows strong legs mean easier stairs, fewer falls, a sharper brain, and a longer life. 🧠

No gym. No equipment. Just sneak it in. 😉

Would you try the sink or assisted squat? 👇
