Nesting season 🤍
Mother Blessing / Baby Shower by @zoyabegovic

Looking out at this sea, I feel another sea within me, the one you’re swimming in.
I watch the waves move across the water, while you make little waves of your own beneath my skin. I feel you moving, gently turning, hiccuping..

I can’t believe I’ll meet you in just two months. It feels unreal. Almost impossible to put into words.

For now, we are still one. You are still a part of me, and I want to hold on to every moment we have like this; You, right beneath my heart, where two hearts are beating.

This moment exists only now, and never again.
You and me, like this.

And when you finally come into this world, when I hold you in my arms for the first time, I think I’ll realize something I somehow already know -
that I have known you forever.
