Solo travel teaches me things no classroom, no job, no relationship ever could. ✈️ London showed me resilience, softness, beauty in the details — and reminded me that independence is hard, innit, but strangers can be angels. Each look, each step, each lesson was a mirror back to myself. 🪞✨

Thank you London!! You may be my new home soon🫶🏾

I didn’t come to be seen. I came to enjoy myself. The rest just happened. ✨

Not an influencer.
Not just a dreamer.

An artist.
A writer.
A woman at home in her body,
at home in her work,
devoted to telling the truth in the most beautiful ways.

This is only the beginning. 💖✨

Lisbon,

I think I’ll spend a long time missing you.
Maybe that’s the truest form of love.

There’s a word here—saudade—
a longing wrapped in sweetness,
the feeling of knowing something is beautiful
even as it slips into memory.

For a few soft days,
I wasn’t surviving.
I was living.

And a small piece of my heart
is still somewhere on a tiled street
watching the sun fall into the river.

A Lisbon love story. 🇵🇹♥️✨

Flowers, art, river water, and a little bit of soul work. Travel is teaching me who I am — and who I’m not.

Thank you NOLA, Baby!

Soft power in motion. 🤎✨
Boston through my lens: art, vintage, and a little self-reinvention.

Golden Hour is here. ☀️
A collection about returning to yourself — about choosing light, softness, and self-protection after survival.

Every poem is a mirror. Every page is a reminder: the glow you seek is already within you.

Honoring Juneteenth by immersing in the beauty, brilliance, and boundless creativity of Black art. Freedom isn’t just survival — it’s expression, softness, and space to simply be. 🖤🎨

Like the lotus, I bloom from the mud, soft yet unstoppable, divine by design.

I don’t beg for light; I rise and become it.

This body, an altar. This soul, anointed. I don’t chase. I conjure. And everything meant for me… arrives.

Tap into the bloom!

Visit at ZarsZenDen.Org and stay tuned for my upcoming wellness workshop this summer—
for those ready to rise too.
