Costa Rica - May 2026

I sit here on a plane leaving behind 7 wonderful years of living in Costa Rica. My heart feels so full for all the love shared, blessings received, deep connections found with dearly beloved friends.
I find myself giving thanks for all that I have learned, all that I have healed, and all the ways of loving I have observed and admired in my chosen family.
This year, I am entering a new chapter in life, putting to use all the love cultivated in these last years, knowledge gained, lessons learned.
I have come to realize that I do not want to treat life as a guarantee, but always as a gift.
I WANT TO LEARN EVERYTHING I CAN, FOLLOW THE THINGS THAT OPEN MY HEART AND INTRIGUE MY MIND.

I felt so lucky on my 38th birthday. So surrounded by love and new chances to connect, open the heart, dance, express, celebrate life, receive the big hugs of the ocean as I thank her for all my wonderful years of growth and healing in Costa Rica. I have been so lucky to find a once in a lifetime tribe of spectacular human beings whose hearts and inner light have changed my life forever. SOMETIMES LIFE SENDS US A CRAZY SURPRISE THAT KNOCKS US ON OUR ASS AND GIVES US A COMPLETELY DIFFERENT PERSPECTIVE.
HIDDEN IN THESE CRAZY SURPRISES ARE ENORMOUS BLESSINGS: CHANCES TO REFOCUS ON LOVE AND GRATITUDE, AND THE SEEDS FOR NEW HEALING AND INNER STRENGTH NOT PREVIOUSLY VISIBLE.
IN CRAZY TIMES, LIFE SENDS US THE LOVE AND SUPPORT THAT WE NEED TO LEARN, HEAL, AND EVOLVE MORE CLOSELY TO OUR HIGHEST SELF, OUR GREATEST GOOD.
LIFE IS A GIFT. IT IS NOT MEANT TO BE CONTROLLED OR PLANNED OR PREDICTED.
LIFE IS MEANT TO BE DANCED WITH AND CELEBRATED FOR ALL THE FREENESS OF ITS NATURAL FLOW.
