Rain, Wind and The Light 🌧️🎸

Fifteen minutes before going into the pit, Austin, Texas was hit with a rainstorm and heavy winds that delayed Peter Hook & The Light’s set. The camera crew heading into the pit covered their cameras and protected the equipment while onstage the gear was being covered with tarps and anything that could be moved was rushed offstage to a dry spot backstage.

As the rain fell, some ran for cover, but the crowd in front of the stage stayed right where they were. They waited through the entire 50-minute delay for Hooky, welcoming the storm just to hear that very first note.

Whether it was a fan’s first time or their fifth, everyone was there for the same reason. The rain eventually passed, but seeing Peter Hook & The Light is something that stays with you forever. The storm actually cooled the night down, making the atmosphere at Levitation festival even better once the show finally kicked off.

Once everyone got the okay, the show was on. Shout-out to Jonesy for the sound each night! 🔊

Big THANK YOU to Peter Hook and his team for letting me be their photographer this weekend in Texas! 👩🏻 📸 ✨

Dallas was ready for Hooky. 🪝

Friday night at the House of Blues was the beginning of a very special weekend.

I had the incredible honor of being Peter Hook’s photographer for the night, chasing the light, the emotion, and those unmistakable bass lines that have defined generations.

Peter Hook & The Light opened with the “Get Ready” album in its entirety, filling the room with energy before diving into the world of Joy Division.

Only three photographers in the pit and I was one of them! ✨

Computer Kill in Dallas, Tx!!
•
The first time I heard Computer Kill was in February 2024 with their song “Haunted,” and I’ve been hooked ever since. Seeing them perform their new song, “i think i’m going blind,” which was released on 6.25.26 is wild.

If you haven’t checked them out yet, go give Computer Kill a listen and follow them on their socials!

Bob Moses & Cannons brought the dance-floor and the feels to Dallas.

Bob Moses had The Bomb Factory in a chokehold last night as Tom Howie and Jimmy Vallance did what they do best, delivering their Grammy-winning blend of live instrumentation and electronic depth that only hits harder in a room full of people.
With multiple #1 Alternative radio hits, 680M+ global streams, and a sound built for both headphones and festival stages, Cannons delivered the kind of set you talk about for weeks.
Oxis got the night started and the crowd warmed up before it all went down. 🎛️

Last fall in Dallas, I finally got to see Gary Numan live and capture it through my lens.

Hearing “Cars,” “Are ‘Friends’ Electric,” and “My Name Is Ruins” in person is something I won’t ever forget.

Storm clouds hovered all night, but not a single drop fell while he played. The rain came right after he left the stage. It felt intentional, like the night itself had been listening.

Last Nite Live: Water From Your Eyes at Club Dada 🎶✨
Water From Your Eyes turned Club Dada into a swirling collage of sound and color — a hypnotic blend of art-rock experimentation, sharp rhythms, and dreamlike chaos that had the crowd locked in from the first note. Their set moved effortlessly between dissonance and beauty, proving why they’re one of the most compelling acts in indie music right now. 💫
Opening performances from Winter, Hooky, and Thurzdaze set the tone perfectly for the night, each adding their own flavor to a lineup that felt uniquely Deep Ellum.
