this month we’re celebrating our 1 year anniversary of zuke! as a thank you for all your support this past year, every order placed this week will receive a complimentary smoked hamachi crudo as well as a $50 zuke gift card. we’re immensely grateful for your trust, support and allowing us to share our passion with you. what started as a small idea has grown into something we couldn’t have imagined, thanks to you. we can’t wait to serve you again going into our 2nd year of zuke.

this month we have 2 new nigiri in our omakase nigiri box!
- muối ớt xanh hokkaido scallop
- nước chấm relish king salmon
— both bold, citrusy and a little spicy.
as we’re celebrating something special this month, we wanted to incorporate some of our favorite Vietnamese flavors into this month’s box, as an homage to our roots and remembering who and where we came from. more details about preorders coming soon🤎 by @zukehou

hamachi aburi- melt in your mouth + buttery seared yellowtail
aka ebi- rich, savory red shrimp
