Holiday Dry Fruits Tray .

• Dates (I used almond stuffed dates that I had made previously)
• Brown Dried Apricots
• roasted almonds
• roasted pistachios
• raises
• chocolate dipped dried orange slices (also I made them previously, you can use store bought ones too).

The Dipps :
• Honey
• pistachio butter
• Milted chocolate ( I used vegan, use any chocolate you prefer)

You can serve this try to your guests or family, it is the perfect pre dinner snack. I love that it’s easy to prepare and healthy. Your guests will be impressed. Feel free to change it up to your favorite dry fruits . Save this video and share it with your family & friends. Enjoy 🌷

I did this setup last year for special movies night, Time flies it seems like yesterday.

Banana skillet upside down cake:
Ingredients:
banana
1egg
20g oatmeal
10g honey
15g peanut paste
cinnamon to taste
1tsp baking powder

Directions:
1• In a skillet melt honey and add Slided the banana, let it caramelized for 2 min ( cook it on low heat)
2• in a bowl beat the egg, honey
and peanut paste. Once you get a smooth texture add the oatmeal and mix again. Then add the cinnamon and baking powder and mix again.
3• once the banana caramelized add the mixture Cover it and the dough firm. The layer is thin, You only need to cook the bottom part on low heat .
Note : if you wish for thicker cake , you can double up the recipe.
