This feels as if we’re going backwards instead of forwards. They’re times I don’t even want to go out or make new friends since stuff has been too scary for us out here. From 🖕🏾dumb ssa ICE raids to us being diminished to low hanging fruit from a tree, I’m just tired! Please be aware, share your location, and if you see someone alone or struggling reach out and at least smile to them and let them know you’re there! “We see each other” like @kandi and @neneleakes say🥹❤️ I encourage everyone to check www.emeraldbook.org @emeraldbookinc for a quick read on what’s been going on. Goodmorning gods and goddesses ⚡️ Let me tell you I took a Pilates class with a queen named Yas @wellnessbyyas and man that damn reformer made me look like a fool. I just started twerking mid class as a workout because this was too much. Would yall try this or stick to Hot Mat? #reels #explore #pilates #funny #comedy taken in Orlando, Florida by @zusdagod

Your opportunity is coming, stay ready. ⚡️
“Get up for all of those who can’t
Even if you don’t want to
Get up for all the ones who are gone
For they’ll look down and be proud
Keep practicing and practicing
Even if it’s rusty and it hurts ✨
Speak up for the silent
Since their voices would never be heard
Try new things, who knows
You might like them and it’ll last
And remember
Get up for all of those who can’t”
