Today I fought for the first time in a year in Bristol in my 3rd competition as a yellow belt as I was able to win two of my three matches and win the gold ! Today I competed in the International Competition in Wolverhampton. This was my first competition in yellow belt and my first competition off the year. I would like to thank Tom for helping me in my private lessons and making me more comfortable with things that I wasn’t. I would also like to thank Marcel for private trainings at the gym for making me stronger. @daniel_boi @jacobsworder @gracieswindon @elitebjjevents Thank you for the support from Gracie Swindon for pushing me to be at my best.Today at the comp I felt a relief as last year at Europeans I lost and today I turned that around and won.The girl I fought today was great she tried her best and unfortunately it didn’t work out for her today.Thank you Jean for the gym works on Friday as today I felt much stronger. by @zuzanna.bjj
