My first official race. I always wanted my first race to be a half marathon.

It was tough, but so rewarding. It was everything I imagined and more. I’m grateful for the experience and for everyone who has supported me throughout.

A special thank you to Tshephang, @goitse.diale @pulengmath @rabe_r @modi.rwadi_ @plantbasedmims @that_xavier @mathobth @hlalefang_ and @shiftasrc community for being there cheering me up and capturing these moments for me. Those videos mean more than you know. ❤️

Here’s to many more races!

To God be the glory. 🙏🏾

Movement is more than just exercise. It’s discipline, consistency and showing up even when you don’t feel like it. 🏃🏾‍♂️🏋🏾‍♂️

This is how I move. This is how I’m getting better.

I run. I train. I dance. I MOVE.
