The best year of my life, and one of the worst all in one. I think sometimes as humans we almost feel invincible. Things can be going really well, life can be great, the sun could be shining, etc… And then piece by piece it feels like it starts falling apart. Something doesn’t go the way you expected, a job fell through, lost someone you loved. The list can go on forever. Quickly we begin to feel human again and I think that’s my biggest takeaway from 2023, (that I thought I already knew so well) was that experiencing really shitty, exhausting, debilitating times, and feeling like the world is crashing in, is really one of the best things for you. The beauty is in the struggle and the fact we have the chance to look back and remember hard times, gives us the opportunity to learn and grow. That way we can make sure we do the best of our ability to avoid them in the future. Another year to be grateful. Another year to learn. by @zxbuci
