Peaceful Mind Dhyana Tea & Book Circle

#Amsterdam #ZenTea #MindfulnessNL by @zyt2017519

Aging and death are but outward forms. Our body wears out, time flows on.
A mind clear, tender and reaching for light knows no old age.
True aging comes when curiosity, trust and love fade away.
Death is not an end — life simply transforms.
Fear not your years; guard your heart.
May we live bright, free and new, here and now.

🍵 I’d like to invite you for a cup of tea tomorrow.

No elaborate tea ceremony, just to share a moment of "ordinary mind".
If you’re free tomorrow afternoon, scan the QR code and come sit with me. Let us “go have tea.”
