A spot welder is a simple tool, but it’s pretty much a must-have in any custom car building shop. I’ve always preferred doing this kind of metalwork the traditional way — hammer and dolly, shrinking and stretching the metal, and using heat when needed.

But when there’s no access behind the panel, the spot welder makes the job much easier and gives you a lot more control. I finally added one to the shop, and I’m really happy with the new toy.

Complete rear quarter panel reconstruction — driver side.

Removed all the rusted and damaged sections and rebuilt everything with fresh sheet metal, shaping each piece by hand using the planishing hammer and English wheel.

Cut, shaped, fitted, welded, and metal-finished from scratch. No shortcuts — just real custom fabrication.

Some cars aren’t just work.
They’re a privilege.

Today I put my hands on this machine and remembered exactly why I do what I do.
Metal, shape, history, sound, smell… everything talks.

Some days the shop becomes therapy.
Today was one of those days. 🔥

Grateful to be able to work on something like this.

I started working on this classic Ford Bronco yesterday, and I’m already excited about what’s coming next.

The goal is a full upgrade while keeping its original character and style.
Big wheels, big tires, strong stance — and an amazing paint job to finish it the right way.

This will be a special project, done carefully, with attention to detail and respect for the truck’s history.
Let’s build something incredible.

I was challenged to completely rebuild this ’67 Mustang in a very short timeframe.
This vehicle is part of a much bigger story — a story that today lives not only in memories, but also in something real, physical, and present.

I feel truly happy and fulfilled to have been part of this journey. I put all of my skills, experience, and above all, my passion into delivering this project within such a demanding deadline.

All of this will stay with me forever: the story behind the car, the people I met along the way — people who became more than contacts, they became friends. I am deeply grateful for every single one of them.

I was welcomed with respect, embraced quickly, and valued for my story and my work. What I take with me is not just the final result of this car, but every moment lived throughout this journey.
