Summer reading should always include some poetry. I really enjoyed this flavour of Canada's East Coast from all around good human, Patrick Meade. by @00_aneez

Last night with @mamu_kanj taking in @billiannee @williamprince @bluerodeoofficial with special shout to @mikeboguskimusic by @00_aneez

What a night at Casino Rama! 🎶

Saw @officialkaleo live with @00_kanj , and they absolutely delivered. The band was incredibly tight and lead singer, JJ Julius Son's voice was simply phenomenal. From their hit songs to deep cuts it was a great night of live music 🎵 🎶

If you get the chance to see KALEO live, don't miss it.

🏁 Whether it's training, or just running for fun, it can be a struggle to get the kms in some days. Events like the MilkRun, presented by @cityofkawarthalakes, remind me to relax and enjoy each step along the way.

Thanks to:
- 📹 Jerry and Cathy for the finish line welcome!
- 🏅 @a_sunsetchaser and @soccershelley44 for inspiring everyone that crosses your paths!
- 🥳 @kdfranklin2018 for setting up the @parkrunca "Just a parkrun to go". It eased a difficult run!
- 🏊‍♂️ The @oshawaaquaticclub family that showed up for the 2nd year in a row
- 💪 A couple of guys that keep me going (even though you might not know it) @retiredbk777 @jdundee99
- 🏃‍♂️ 🏃‍♀️ The amazing crews from home including @whitbyparkrun @whitbyrunningroom @oclululemon.runclub
- ⚾️ The BrewCrew for letting me have the day off from LF duties
- ❤️ Finally... @mamu_kanj and @isaac_shw1mer for making sure I showed up at the start line in the first place. by @00_aneez

@ericwaltersauthor with a great storyline, with aspects reminding me of the powerlines cutting through the skies across Scarborough. by @00_aneez
