My favs from @lidlus Popcorn is a great low fat fiber food and you know beans 🫘 top the list. I’m trying to eat more plant based foods since my Mom passed from progressive Alzheimer’s disease in January 2021. It feels like yesterday. I’ve been passionate about what I’m going to eat. Losing my Mother to Alzheimer’s Disease just two year’s ago, seems like yesterday. I just celebrated a 70th Birthday and am determined not to follow the usual and often traditional path of the Standard American Diet #SAD. It’s worth it to try new foods and choose colors that will provide healthy nutrition for me. I’m just saying… choose life. ❤️ by @1000lbsofkale

It’s been 14 months and 26 days since I lost my Dear Mom to the dreaded Alzheimer’s disease. I dedicate this post to her. Grieving isn’t a moment in time, for me it’s been holding onto time. I still smile and laugh out loud every day which reminds me of her, and I still strut my pearls, just because. I miss You Mommy. ✝️💔peace #pray #love #laugh by @1000lbsofkale
