Great pump and feeling good about our growth. Big things to come this year.

To clarify low calorie stuff can be beneficial but i see too many people crutch it and depend on it, this obviously doesnt apply to competitors, if you want a desert, dont eat a desert lol

The smirk coach had said it all.

Both not at 100% but we gave it 100% and had a pretty solid ShArm day. Strength up again on multiple lifts, eager to climb into new highs next week. Coach didn’t have much to correct on form, no complaints on effort, few issues here and there with posing but nothing major. That’s still a learning curve I’m diving into on my own as well even before that conversation. Both loving the growth out of me and eager to see me peeled and ready for stage. Also ready to see him with more mass on a stage with him going into a push. Didn’t get many shots but bros looking insane.

My coach has helped me realize so much of my potential and without knowing helped me gain so much confidence in myself through this journey. Ready to not only show what I’ve been working on when I step on stage but also show what this dude has built. If only yall knew where I was almost just a year ago. With my work horse mentality and his brains. Stepping on stage is gonna be interesting to say the least. Can’t wait

Hope all have a blessed day🫶🏼

Look into the mirror. 🪞
Admire the journey you’ve taken. 🏔️
With destination no where in sight. 🔎
But one goal in mind, self mastery. 🧘🏻‍♂️
When you’ve come this far. 🚶🏻
There’s no turning back. 🚫

Blessed to have the opportunity to work with them both. Even more to come.

Thank you to all who have followed and supported me on this Journey.
Will do my best to not let not only myself but others down. Let’s ride❤️
