Check ins 177.7 (-2.1 from previous) October 25th, 2026 9th week of Bulk completed Cardio 30 min Daily (6/7 Fasted) Steps avg about 12-14k . Coach: @1bench405 To the moon🚀 . Morning gut shake/Pre/Intra/vitamins from @rocksdiscountvitamin . Woke this morning at 177.5 Week was hectic. But I enjoyed this hectic. Stress levels were high at one point. But then we took control and managed. Learning to manage stress by just simply slowing down. Taking each step slower. Taking each breath with meaning. Acquiring presence and being easy on ourselves for not knowing how to function in this new realm I’m in. We’re embracing the hiccups in the road and learning from them. There’s only one way to get better. And that’s by learning. Gonna keep attacking this thing we call life and giving it our best🫡 Swipe right to see some good eats and good vibes➡️ Along with some short dude in his undies posing . . #bodybuilding #bodybuilder #gym #fit #fitness It’s about to get fun folks👀 THE arm day stack. That hellfire pill yall see on the left hand side That’s a fun little tool to play with. You will be DIALED from start to finish of the lift Goodmorning you swole fuckers🤜🏻🤛🏻 Yall ain’t ready. Grab the mop FAWK. This is the most diabolical thing I’ve ever created Me and Magnesium salt🤝 So I got a little side hustle going HMU for the goods😏 This video dropping soon. Just be patient my young ones I had a HANKERING for this taco salad🤤

Road to stage: Growth Phase Week 8 Lower Session . Legs have been the mental battle lately. Knowing it’s the one leg day I have we focus on giving it 110% everytime we go in regardless of how we are feeling. But it’s still a battle to get in there and give it the energy we want to give to it. CNS takes major hit everytime we do legs. Preventing us from giving the accessory work full potential Pulling RDL and replacing with body weight extensions to cater to that. Leg pumps and connection have been solid tho so the work we are putting in is paid off. But we search for better. . . Coach: @1bench405 To the moon 🚀 . Fueled from @rocksdiscountcstat From Pre workout/Intraworkout/General Wellness. They got you covered. Code “Chuck” @ checkout $$ off . Gym: @ironlegioncstx . #bodybuilding #fyp #gym #reels #fitness GAS Combo Avacado Habenero Crema for sauce Beef Red Potatoes Cado Plain GYO Onions and Peppers Brussel Sprouts for Greens Adductors 2x6-10 Load increasing weekly on this. Morning gut shake/Pre/Intra/vitamins from @rocksdiscount.cstat @rocksdiscount . Down 0.6 pounds from last week. Carbs upped to 400g, fats to 60, protein to 250 on high days. Wanting to stabilize at 180 soon. FDOE SOON. Second weekend of my healthy slop bowls we got a LINEUP planned. This week was busy. But I’m finding out that being busy truly is a blessing. Keeping the hands, feet and mind moving. Exploring more creativity, ambition, and the world I’m in now. Building relationships with some amazing people, putting smiles on others faces and feeling happiness and joy in new ways. There’s struggles. But we don’t live with them anymore. We lets them pass. Pushing forward with bigger strides daily. It’s not perfect. But what is and who is? Comparison isn’t a limiting factor anymore. That’s what’s amplifying my confidence. Swipe right to see some good eats and good vibes➡️ Along with some short dude in his undies posing The past few Sundays have always ceased to amaze me. God paints a beautiful picture every time.
