Throwback from last year, almost a year ago. As I am starting to cut for my 1st show of the year hoping to see some growth after all the hard work. My wellness debut is less than 6 Weeks away. The real behind the stage body. Left photo is my last show in July 2023. Right photo is today, about 6 months later, 12lbs abouve stage weight. Not only is it unhealthy to remain stage lean at essential bodyfat levels all year, but it also doesn’t provide the ideal environment to build muscle and reboot metabolism for the next show. I’ve been working with my coach @thewrightwhey with @teamelitephysique for 4 years and have seen some incredible changes to my physique. Although I love the stage lean look, I do enjoy the freedom of improvement season, now I am still working with my coach and on a plan, but I get more freedom with food options, free meals, and minimal cardio. We will start cutting in a couple months to prepare for summer competitions. Did a little sightseeing today in Bengaluru (Bangalore) India. Checked out the Bengaluru Palace and learned a little history. Saw the female quarters where the women could talk about shopping and the separate male quarters where the men could talk about their interest in cars. Women could attend the parties but were sectioned off behind a veil so they couldn’t be seen 😮 by @1hotpilotchic

Got a chance to do some exploring today in Vietnam. Streets are crazy, if there are sidewalks they have scooters parked on them making it impossible to walk on the sidewalks for a fraction of a block before having to step into the street filled with cars and scooters and not much rules obeyed on the roads. Reminds me of India but with scooters instead of rickshaws. taken in Hanoi, Vietnam by @1hotpilotchic
