Joe Graham is a seasoned MLB scout entering his 20th season, currently with the Milwaukee Brewers. He began his scouting career with the Cleveland Indians in 2002-03, signing key players like Trevor Crowe and Jordan Brown. In 2007, he joined the Houston Astros, where he helped draft impact players, including 2013 All-Star Jason Castro. Since joining the Brewers in 2015, his most notable signing has been Corbin Burnes, a 2021 NL Cy Young Award winner.

A Del Oro High School graduate, Joe played at Sacramento City College under Jerry Weinstein before continuing at the University of Oklahoma and Long Beach State. He later coached at Long Beach State under Dave Snow. Pitching Development is live at 1MORE Performance!!

Most pitchers in this area are getting half a program. They throw with one guy and lift with another, and nobody is looking at the whole athlete.
We built this so you stop splitting it up.

Pitching Development — throwing programs and long toss, arm care and arm strength, workload and progression, bullpens, mechanics, and pitch design built around your arm.

Pitcher Performance — the lower-body strength, force production, rotational power and single-leg control that velocity actually comes from. Arms don’t throw hard.

Leading it is Tyler Robertson, a former MLB pitcher who has been exactly where these kids are trying to go — and knows what actually holds an arm back at every stage of the climb.
Development blocks are capped at 4 pitchers per hour, on purpose. Every rep gets seen.

Sacramento, Roseville, Rocklin, Granite Bay, Lincoln, Folsom — if you’re serious about next season, this is the room.

Big weekend in Eugene, Oregon, for our Aces 2029 players! Four Aces represented the program at Prep Baseball’s West Coast Super Sophomore Games, putting their hard work on display, setting personal bests, and earning recognition among California’s top 2029 talent!
