Walk into a college weight room or a pro performance staff and you’ll find three things: timing gates, force plates, and a platform holding every athlete’s data. That’s not a coincidence. It’s how programs at that level make decisions — and it’s exactly what we built in Loomis. OVR laser timing gates. Every sprint timed to the thousandth of a second, with splits that separate acceleration from top speed. OVR’s own line: “1,000 measurements per second so you never miss a PR.” A stopwatch measures a coach’s thumb. A laser doesn’t. Hawkin Dynamics force plates. 17,000 organizations. 19 million tests. 160 published studies. Jump height tells you what happened — the plate tells you how, and which leg isn’t carrying its share. That’s how return-to-play stops being a feeling and becomes a number. Lumin Sports. Every set, rep and load programmed, assigned and stored. Your history builds on itself, you see your own results in the app, and daily check-ins on sleep and soreness flag an athlete who’s cooked before it turns into an injury. Here’s what that actually means for your athlete: when they walk into a college camp or a combine and get put on a plate or run through a gate, it won’t be the first time. They’ll already know their numbers — and so will the coach recruiting them. Most gyms sell you a workout. We measure whether it worked. Swipe through for what each system does, in the manufacturers’ own words. DM “TRAIN” to book a baseline.

Here’s when we train. Small group training runs Monday through Friday — 6:00 AM, 7:00 AM, 4:30 PM and 5:30 PM. Before school, after school, before work, after work. Pick the one that fits your season and we’ll build around it. Private coaching and pitching development are by appointment, and we run weekend sessions by appointment too — so if none of those weekday blocks work with your practice schedule, we’ll find a time that does. Strength, speed and athletic development for every sport. Youth through pro. Sacramento, Roseville, Rocklin, Granite Bay, Lincoln, Folsom — the room is open and the spots are filling. DM “TRAIN” and tell us which time you want. We’ll send a short questionnaire, get you in for a baseline, and you’ll start that week. 📍 Loomis, CA

Strength training is a huge part of becoming a great player! It’s not just about improving your game, but building power, confidence, and resilience. The work you put in off the field shows up on the field! 🔥 #classof2030 #usapremier #studentathlete #sportsrecruits #softball

@delorobaseball varsity has been in the building. 🔥 Early mornings. Two months of showing up at sunrise, chasing every rep, refusing to cut corners. THIS is what it looks like to truly get after it. Big things are coming this season and we’ve got a front-row seat to the grind. Just wait. 👀 Want your team to train in here? Comment or DM ‘TEAM’ and let’s get after it. 💪 @1more.training

Pitching Development is live at 1MORE Performance!! Most pitchers in this area are getting half a program. They throw with one guy and lift with another, and nobody is looking at the whole athlete. We built this so you stop splitting it up. Pitching Development — throwing programs and long toss, arm care and arm strength, workload and progression, bullpens, mechanics, and pitch design built around your arm. Pitcher Performance — the lower-body strength, force production, rotational power and single-leg control that velocity actually comes from. Arms don’t throw hard. Leading it is Tyler Robertson, a former MLB pitcher who has been exactly where these kids are trying to go — and knows what actually holds an arm back at every stage of the climb. Development blocks are capped at 4 pitchers per hour, on purpose. Every rep gets seen. Sacramento, Roseville, Rocklin, Granite Bay, Lincoln, Folsom — if you’re serious about next season, this is the room. DM “PITCHING” to see if you qualify. Short questionnaire, then we get you in for a baseline.

1MORE Performance is open — and we’re not a gym that hands you a workout and walks away. Every athlete here gets tested first. Speed, power, movement, durability. We find out exactly where you are, we build the program off your numbers, and then we re-test so you can see the progress instead of hoping for it. Strength. Speed. Athletic development. Baseball, football, soccer, every sport — youth through pro. If you’re an athlete in Loomis, Rocklin, Roseville, Granite Bay, Lincoln, Folsom or anywhere in Placer County, this is where you should be training. We’re building something here, and we want the athletes who are serious about getting better in the room. DM “TRAIN” to see if you qualify. We’ll send over a short questionnaire and get you booked for a baseline test. That’s how everyone starts. 📍 Loomis, CA
