An enormous thank you to the brains behind it all! My coach @tim_1pcntrs really is one in a million. 🤞

The level of detail, care and commitment he puts into bringing the absolute best out of me is something special. He goes above and beyond every single time, and it never goes unnoticed.

We’ve been working together for around 3 years now, and in that time he’s helped me win my 5 Pro titles and most recently my 1st World title. I genuinely don’t know if that would’ve been possible without him.

Thank you for being one hell of a coach, but more importantly, for caring as much as you do. I cannot wait to see what the future holds for us mate. 🙏

Keep being you bro. You really are the best at what you do. 👊 taken in Brisbane, Queensland, Australia by @1pcntrs

WORLDS STAGE PHOTOS ARE IN! 📸 🙌

Genuinely so proud of the physique we brought this year. This is by far my best look we’ve brought to stage, and couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out.

Now we assess the judges feedback, have a big chat with my coach @tim_1pcntrs and see what the future holds. 🙏

Tim… I have been struggling to find the words to express how grateful I am for you… but how do you thank someone who has quite literally changed your life? I genuinely don’t think there will ever be enough words to express just how much you mean to me. ❤️

I get asked often why I have only ever been coached by you … and my answer every time is simple … no one could ever compare. I am the athlete and coach I am today because of you. But more than that, I am a better person because of you. You have been so much more than just my coach. You’ve become one of my best friends, a big brother, someone I know I can turn to no matter what and someone who has my back.

You’re the person who answers the phone at 1am when I’m crying. The person who picks me back up when I doubt myself. The person who reminds me who I am when I forget. You’ve been my number one supporter from the very beginning 6 years ago. You make my crazy dreams and ideas a reality. You believed in me long before I ever truly believed in myself and I don’t think you’ll ever understand just how much that has changed my life.

You’ve seen every version of me. The highs, the lows, the tears, the heartbroken, the doubts, the moments where I wanted to give up and the moments where I felt absolutely unstoppable. I’m so grateful this sport brought you into my life. Thank you for never giving up on me, even in the moments I struggled to believe in myself.

I hope you know just how special you are Tim. That the time, love and care you pour into the people around you never goes unnoticed.
You give so much of yourself without ever expecting anything in return and I hope you know just how deeply appreciated you are.

Congratulations on your incredible success Tim … you truly are 1 in a million! Love you always ❤️ @tim_1pcntrs @1pcntrs taken in Gold Coast, Queensland by @1pcntrs

I don’t quite have the words just yet. I think I need a little time to take it all in, reflect and process everything this journey has been. 🤍

What I do know is that I’m incredibly proud of the physique I brought to this stage. The work, the sacrifices, the highs and lows, and everything it took to get here. There’s so much more behind this moment than what you see in these photos.

For now, I just want to say thank you to the people who helped me get here.

To my coach Tim, thank you for everything. For your guidance, patience and for believing in me throughout this entire process.

To my posing coach Sam, thank you for helping me bring all that hard work to life on stage.

To my bestie Meagan, who has been there every single step of the way. I genuinely couldn’t have done this without you. 🤍

To my mum, thank you for absolutely everything you’ve done to help me get here. It means more than you know.

To Jake, thank you for being part of this journey and for being there to share these moments with me. I love you. 🤍

And to Claire, thank you for bringing my vision to life so beautifully. I honestly couldn’t have imagined a more perfect bikini. ✨

To all the incredible girls I had the privilege of sharing the stage with, what an amazing group of women. So much hard work, dedication and passion behind every single one of you. It’s been so special sharing this experience with you all, and I’m so proud to stand alongside such beautiful, strong women.

And to everyone who has been cheering me on from the sidelines, whether near or far, thank you. Every message, every kind word and every bit of encouragement has meant more than you know. I’ve felt so much love throughout this journey and I’m so grateful.

There’s so much more I want to say about this journey, the last 18 months and what it has meant to me, but I think I need a little more time to find those words.

For now, I’m just going to sit with this moment and be proud of what I’ve achieved.

More to come. 🤍 taken in Gold Coast, Queensland by @1pcntrs
