The level of detail, care and commitment he puts into bringing the absolute best out of me is something special. He goes above and beyond every single time, and it never goes unnoticed.

We’ve been working together for around 3 years now, and in that time he’s helped me win my 5 Pro titles and most recently my 1st World title. I genuinely don’t know if that would’ve been possible without him.

Tim… I have been struggling to find the words to express how grateful I am for you… but how do you thank someone who has quite literally changed your life? I genuinely don’t think there will ever be enough words to express just how much you mean to me. ❤️

I get asked often why I have only ever been coached by you … and my answer every time is simple … no one could ever compare. I am the athlete and coach I am today because of you. But more than that, I am a better person because of you. You have been so much more than just my coach. You’ve become one of my best friends, a big brother, someone I know I can turn to no matter what and someone who has my back.

You’re the person who answers the phone at 1am when I’m crying. The person who picks me back up when I doubt myself. The person who reminds me who I am when I forget. You’ve been my number one supporter from the very beginning 6 years ago. You make my crazy dreams and ideas a reality. You believed in me long before I ever truly believed in myself and I don’t think you’ll ever understand just how much that has changed my life.

You’ve seen every version of me. The highs, the lows, the tears, the heartbroken, the doubts, the moments where I wanted to give up and the moments where I felt absolutely unstoppable. I’m so grateful this sport brought you into my life. Thank you for never giving up on me, even in the moments I struggled to believe in myself.

I hope you know just how special you are Tim. That the time, love and care you pour into the people around you never goes unnoticed.
You give so much of yourself without ever expecting anything in return and I hope you know just how deeply appreciated you are.

Cried making this. 🥹

I don’t think I’ll ever be able to put into words just how proud I am of how far I’ve come.

Not just because of the physical transformation, but because of everything it took to get here. The obstacles, the setbacks, the moments I questioned myself and the thousand times I could have walked away.

There’s almost two years between these moments, and looking back, I realise just how much I needed this journey.

I needed to prove to myself that I could follow through on something I said I was going to do, even when it felt impossible. I needed the lessons, the challenges and the growth that came with every difficult moment.

Yes, my physique has grown, and I’ve become a better athlete, but the biggest transformation has been within myself. Somewhere along the way, I found a part of me that I didn’t even realise I had lost.

And that’s why the outcome on stage will never define what this journey meant to me.

Because regardless of where I placed, I walked away a better athlete, a stronger person and someone who is genuinely proud of herself.

I’m just so glad I never gave up on the person I knew I could become. 🤍

We did it … we actually did it. 🥹😭👑🌏

I don’t think we’ll ever be able to put into words what this moment means to us. For so long we spoke about this exact dream, about the people we wanted to become and the things we wanted to achieve… and now it’s our reality.

You’ve seen every version of me. The exhausted one, the emotional one, the one who questioned herself. You’ve held me through the hard days, celebrated the smallest wins and believed in me when I needed it most. And through it all… I got to watch you chase your own dreams too.🥹 There is something so beautiful about loving someone who understands the fire inside you because they carry that same fire within themselves.

Lucas, thank you for being beside me through this journey. For the sacrifices, the patience, the love and for sharing a dream with me that once felt so far away. Of all the moments from that day, this is one I’ll hold onto forever.
