Que ça soit ton premier marathon ou bien un énième, ton aventure commence bien avant le jour J. Ta force vient de ta discipline quotidienne. Tu as couru sous la pluie. Tu as vaincu le manque de motivation. Cette rigueur forge ton caractère. Le marathon valide ton travail acharné.
Voici tes priorités pour dimanche :
• Savoure chaque kilomètre du parcours.
• Écoute ton corps afin d’éviter la blessure.
• Visualise la ligne d’arrivée et ta « belle » médaille.
• Célèbre ta victoire avec tes proches, ce que tu as fait est extraordinaire ! ! !

La course teste ton mental.
La douleur s’efface devant la fierté de réussir.
Tu deviens finisher grâce à ta persévérance.

Profite de cette ambiance unique. Cours avec le sourire.

Hey les runners motivés !

Parfois, comme tous le monde, je galère à trouver l’énergie surtout afin d’attaquer les 10 derniers jours de mon challenge 496 – où chaque jour = km à avaler (il reste près de 200 km, aïe !). Et quand je demande un signe à l’Univers… surprise ! 😂

Rattrapez le fil en checkant mes stories des jours précédents mises en Une, et dites-moi en com’ : vous, c’est quoi votre truc afin de booster la motiv’ ? Let’s go ensemble !

Jour 4 de mon challenge 496 💪
(Courir le nombre du jour en kilomètres : le 1 = 1 km, le 2 = 2 km… jusqu’au 31 = 31 km).

Aujourd’hui, la motivation était toute trouvée : rejoindre @une.patissiere.sportive et @lady_never_give_up afin de braver la fraîcheur parisienne sous un magnifique ciel bleu ❄️☀️

Un vrai plaisir de courir, de raconter Paris… et surtout de partager l’esprit @1run1pastry

Et comme on ne plaisante pas avec la gourmandise, nous avions (légèrement 😇) de l’avance afin de dévorer une galette des rois suisses signée @christopheadam , dégustée chez @leclairdegenieofficiel et l’équipe du café 👑🥐

✨ Hello 2026 ✨

2025 a filé à toute allure.
Des kilomètres partagés dans Paris,
des sourires essoufflés,
des pâtisseries dégustées au bon moment,
et surtout… des rencontres qui donnent du sens à chaque foulée.

Chaque run a raconté une histoire.
Chaque pastry a été une récompense.
Et chaque aventure a confirmé une chose :
le plaisir se vit mieux quand il se partage.

En 2026, on garde le même cap :
✨ courir pour découvrir,
✨ savourer pour ralentir,
✨ vivre Paris autrement.

Merci à celles et ceux qui ont couru avec nous,
à ceux qui nous ont fait confiance,

Today, it was an enchanted Christmas run…
and since Paris is magical, especially under the sparkling Christmas lights, we spotted Santa Claus himself, perched in a vintage old side-car, escorted by the DOPC of Paris like a king of the holidays!

Obviously, they didn’t stop Santa – on the contrary, they guided him elegantly through the illuminated streets paved with dreams, for the greatest wonder of the children who looked up at this fairy-tale spectacle!

And behind, the reindeer, on “technical unemployment” for the occasion, proudly rode a purring Mustang, adding a touch of modern madness to this enchanted parade…

Málaga 🇪🇸
⬇️

Toujours la même excuse… le marathon évidemment 🏃‍♂️
Et comme d’habitude, on en profite afin de découvrir la ville comme on aime :
un Shake Out Run, puis une pause pâtisserie bien méritée.

Arrêt du jour chez @clausbakery_cheesecakefactory :
🍫 brownie au chocolat noir ultra fondant
🌰 nappé de pistache
☕ accompagné d’un café au lait… et d’un trait de Baileys

Une parenthèse gourmande et sportive, parfaite avant la reprise, et surtout avant une année 2026 qui s’annonce riche en projets et en émotions.

Et toi, qu’as-tu prévu pour 2026 ?
Viendras-tu découvrir Paris avec nous, en courant et en dégustant des pâtisseries ?.

En vrai rebel gourmand, je risque ma vie tous les matins afin de défendre la cause

Stratégie du jour : commander des “chocolatines” à 1,05€ pièce, et en sortant, lâcher un tonitruant “Merci pour ces pains au chocolat !” juste pour voir la tête du boulanger.

With @1Run1Pastry, we’ve been sharing a unique way to discover cities for years: by running, chatting… and savoring the best local pastries.
And for this edition, we laced up our running shoes in Nice for an unforgettable experience.

While in town for the Nice-Cannes marathon, I took the opportunity to lead the guests of the Mercure Hotel in a friendly Shake Out Run: nearly 6 km at a comfortable pace, along the Promenade des Anglais, discussing strategy, how we felt, and little secrets of this course that I know almost by heart.

Of course, indulging in some delicious treats was on the agenda: a stop at @lespetitsmarchands to kick off the weekend… before heading off to pick up our race numbers.

The next day, it was time for my 39th marathon. I set off at sunrise overlooking the Mediterranean: a breathtaking setting. The kilometers flew by between the sea and the hills, a bit of a challenge for the sheer joy of it, a perfect blue sky… and that incredibly special finish, followed by a refreshing dip in the water. Not forgetting the reward: a delicious visit to @maison.degrange.

The week continued with a run along the Promenade des Anglais, a tasting of the best croissant in the Provence-Alpes-Côte d’Azur region at @michel.fiori, a lemon pastry by @juliendugourd, a walk along the coastal path to Villefranche-sur-Mer… and a final stop at the places that shaped my childhood.

A magical week, a true escape into the @1Run1Pastry spirit: sport, sharing, discoveries, and exceptional pastries.
