A little introduction, since there are so many new faces here <3
I’m Prudence — health entrepreneur, trainer, founder, designer, podcast host, DJ, wife and mum to twins.

I’ve worked within health & wellbeing for more than 10 years, with a background in nutrition, psychology, Pilates & Reformer, biomechanics, breathwork, meditation and sound. At the heart of everything I do is a fascination with the nervous system and how we can create more balance in a world that constantly asks us to do more.

I’m the founder of @a_space_to_breathe__ , @amatchaspace and @20four_matcha , host of @healthline_by_prudence , and Danish Beauty Award judge ’25 + ’26. I’ve created wellbeing experiences with brands including Miu Miu, GANNI and La Mer — and most recently stepped into a new creative chapter as a designer, launching my first 12-piece collection with Modström.

Behind the work, I’m a wife to Jonas, my partner of 14 years, and mum to our twins, Miles & Olympia. Life, love, motherhood, illness and my own experiences with burnout have shaped how I see health today.

For me, wellbeing isn’t about perfection. It’s about having the capacity to be present for your own life.
So expect a little bit of everything here — wellbeing, movement, motherhood, entrepreneurship, fashion, beauty, matcha and the real life in between.

Sometimes the universe truly showers you with gifts you didn’t even know you were ready for💚
After months of searching — being redirected again and again — we’ve finally found the perfect location for our Matcha space. And the magic? It’s right in our own neighborhood, perfectly placed between our studio and our home, at store Kongensgade 74-We walk past it every single day — and now, soon, it will become A matcha space . 💚
Opening in early 2026, this will be more than just a space,It’s a space where high-quality matcha meets mindful design and everyday nourishment. Expect the best ceremonial @20four_matcha -clean plant-based milks, and a range of thoughtful add-ons like functional mushroom collagen. Alongside that, our beloved @chiara.barla will create the most delicious, wholesome snacks and healthy treats— all in true @a_space_to_breathe__ spirit.
The interiors will feature soft textiles from Arne Axel, handpicked objects — many from our own home — and that warm, grounding feeling we always return to.
We honestly can’t believe what has unfolded — and we’re endlessly grateful for all the support, kindness, and trust along the way, we have used all out savings and are so proud og how far we have come.
