Fall produce at its best. Can we freeze this in between a little longer? Crisp apples, sweet tomatoes and corn, pumpkins, figs and all the cozy food, while the weather is still sunny and mild.

The twins where our inspiration for @amatchaspace
We where walking around Copenhagen a lot, as the twins where born with colic - we always had our organic matcha & special plant milk, just incase the spaces we visited did not have it, then we would walk to @a_space_to_breathe__ to have matcha and redlight, we needed a place to breathe and be nurtured, we have been open since February 14-2026 and the love we are experiencing it beyond, and we can not thank everyone for the support we are getting every- we have used all our savings, and are just very grateful to make it everyday and to be able to serve.

A little introduction, since there are so many new faces here <3
I’m Prudence — health entrepreneur, trainer, founder, designer, podcast host, DJ, wife and mum to twins.

I’ve worked within health & wellbeing for more than 10 years, with a background in nutrition, psychology, Pilates & Reformer, biomechanics, breathwork, meditation and sound. At the heart of everything I do is a fascination with the nervous system and how we can create more balance in a world that constantly asks us to do more.

I’m the founder of @a_space_to_breathe__ , @amatchaspace and @20four_matcha , host of @healthline_by_prudence , and Danish Beauty Award judge ’25 + ’26. I’ve created wellbeing experiences with brands including Miu Miu, GANNI and La Mer — and most recently stepped into a new creative chapter as a designer, launching my first 12-piece collection with Modström.

Behind the work, I’m a wife to Jonas, my partner of 14 years, and mum to our twins, Miles & Olympia. Life, love, motherhood, illness and my own experiences with burnout have shaped how I see health today.

For me, wellbeing isn’t about perfection. It’s about having the capacity to be present for your own life.
So expect a little bit of everything here — wellbeing, movement, motherhood, entrepreneurship, fashion, beauty, matcha and the real life in between.
If you’re new here, welcome to my little universe 🤍

Fashion week is here 🤍 and I actually couldn’t care less - but yesterday was all about being surrounded by lovely people in a slow pace, guided by breathwork, matcha whisking, morning yoga by the ocean and wine and pasta with girlfriends in the streets of Copenhagen until sundown 🍷
I’m not attending anything this week as usual but yesterday was a beautiful escape after 5 weeks of holiday with my kids. And now back to real life

@20four_matcha has an intense green color, a sweet and mild aroma, a very fine texture from stone-ground tencha leaves, and strong umami.

It evokes memories of a well-balanced coffee, but without the intense caffeine kick; instead, it offers a delicious, slow high and a vibrant green afterglow.
