Entering a new era and planning collabs through the end of the year. What do YOU most want to see from us? taken in Northwest Indiana by @219socialco

I don’t think I’ve ever felt more aligned in my life. 🤍 Like, this is it. This is what I’m meant to be doing.

My family is happy and healthy, I’m building a career that lights a fire in me, and I get to help people navigate one of the biggest chapters of their lives. The people who have trusted me with their real estate have become so much more than clients. Some of them have turned into genuine friendships that I’m so grateful for. 🥹🏡

To everyone who has believed in me, supported me, referred me, cheered me on, or trusted me with your home… THANK YOU. You have no idea what it means to me.

And to the ones who didn’t? Thank you, too. 😉 Sometimes the people who don’t see your vision are the ones who push you to believe in it even harder.

I know what I’ve been putting out lately has looked a little different. I’m growing, changing, figuring things out, and stepping into a version of myself that feels more me than ever before. Thank you for giving me the space to evolve and for coming along for the ride.

Anyway. I’ll just be making my way downtown with 2 @fluidcoffeelove signature lattes in hand. 🕺✨ taken in Northwest Indiana by @219socialco

Girl, you’re not crazy. It’s just hormones. 🫠

For YEARS, women were made to feel like absolute psychopaths when really, their hormones were just playing pinball inside their bodies.

That irrational outburst over absolutely nothing? Could be your hormones.

Waking up in a pool of sweat? Tossing and turning for hours at 3am? Brain fog, exhaustion, irritability, low libido? Yep, hormones could be playing a role there, too.

And the good news? You don’t have to just accept it.

For just $45, you can have your hormone levels tested at @monarch_nwi and work with their team to explore a treatment plan that’s right for YOU.

For me? A tiny hormone pellet that I only have to think about every 3–4 months has been a game changer. 🙌

Perimenopause might be a bitch, but suffering through it doesn’t have to be your only option. 💁‍♀️ taken in Monarch Health & Wellness by @219socialco

One week ago, we slipped into our best kicks for Heels for Meals, benefiting @mealsonwheelsnwi! 👠✨

First of all, can we talk about this VENUE?! 😍 @designbarnevents is GORGEOUS, and every time I visit, I discover another detail I love.

Delicious food, cocktails, games throughout the venue, and a whole lot of community coming together for an incredible cause.

We love getting to attend events like this, shine a spotlight on the GOOD happening right here in NWI, and help further the missions of nonprofits we believe in.

Thank you, @mealsonwheelsnwi, for having us and for everything you do for our community! ❤️ taken in The Design Barn by @219socialco

Okay, so maybe I didn’t have 99 problems, but I HAD A LIST, and HRT has helped me cross every single one off. 🙌🏼

Perimenopause can be a B!TCH, but being miserable doesn’t have to be your new normal. 👏🏼

Anxiety, irritability, brain fog, low libido, low energy, fatigue, night sweats, insomnia… sound familiar? These can ALL be symptoms of perimenopause.

10 months into my HRT journey with @monarch_nwi and I can confidently say it’s been life-changing for ME.

If you’re struggling with these same symptoms, consider this your sign to reach out to the team at Monarch and explore your options. 🫶🏼 by @219socialco

Peptides. Can we talk about them? 🧬

I’m just starting a copper peptide serum from @beautysociety AND a copper peptide injection (GHK-CU) through @monarch_nwi because after 40, I need to call in reinforcements. 💉 Will I look like I chugged the fountain of youth next week? TBD. I’ll report back.

I also recently started a nasal oxytocin spray because who couldn’t benefit from a little more of the “love hormone?”

And then there’s NAD+. Glutathione. And approximately 847 other peptides and wellness treatments the internet says I need.

It can be OVERWHELMING.

So let’s make this a group chat. What have you tried? What do you swear by? What have you actually noticed a difference from? And what did you try that was absolutely not worth the hype?

Or are you just as lost and confused by the peptide world as I was? 😂

I’m learning as I go (with medical guidance!), so I’ll keep sharing what I’m trying, why I’m trying it, and what I actually notice along the way.

Welcome to my ✨science experiment era✨. 🧬😂 by @219socialco
