Before we boarded @windstarcruises Star Breeze (10 day French Polynesian sailing w/ 300 some other guests), we decided to indulge my forever dream stay of enjoying an overwater bungalow.

OMG! Out of 3 properties on Moorea featuring OWB, we selected @sofitelmoorea_ . PERFECT for us. In the middle price wise and near a fantastic snorkeling, kayaking etc. beach. Andddd, close to ferry back to Tahiti. SOLD.

Looking for a honeymoon destination? GO. I’d def recommend! We spent 3 nights here and 1 night at the Hilton in Papeete (after 16 hr flight) then jumped onboard our ship.

And, the spa?!?! That 90 min massage was pure heaven. Yup, I’d fly the 16 1/3 hrs to go back, w/o a doubt.

If you are like me and cannot pull off biz or 1st class seats on airlines, premium economy seats on @tahitiairlines is soooooooo worth cost! Especially at my age!

French Polynesia & overwater bungalows have been practically a lifetime dream… This dream remarkably came true and I’m forever grateful. Check out VIDEO, last pic. Spectacular and we were so frickening excited.

No longer selling travel, but love to share and chat about it. I’ll give my honest thoughts on where I’ve gone, who’ve I sailed w/, & what I experienced.

This property, @sofitelmoorea EXCEEDED our expectations. Holy Moly, they made my dreams come true. We’d watched some YouTube travel reviews from 2022. The complaints we heard were not seen or experienced. As one blessed by some out of world 5 🌟 properties, I do have some experience and I’d rate this resort high, especially from very private overwater bungalow.

I owe many a thanks and appreciation for sweet birthday wishes!

Joe and I are back in Atlanta for the final tour of Dead & Co. Say it isn’t so. I’ve spent far many more yrs going to their concerts than not. Such is life.

While I’m currently not selling travel to focus on my wellbeing & managing chronic pain from brain tumor and it’s partial resection… doesn’t mean I cannot have fun or travel. My red roses mask & I were headed to @deadandcompany in San Diego area from FL. 2 nights in LA Jolla at Scripps Inn. Heaven. This was after my hubs & I drove up to ATL 9 hrs for a Dead show and returned the back home next day. Just like when I was young.
