One of the greatest gifts dance has given me: lifelong friendships. 🤍
From dancing together in the studio to exploring the world together, these are the people who have been part of so many chapters of my life.
Forever grateful for my dance sisters and all the memories we’ve made—and the ones still to come. ✈️

Sometimes you don’t need another correction. You need a reminder.

She was frustrated with her turns, so we went back to a simple cue: squeeze.

That small adjustment helped her reconnect to her center and stay in her turns longer.

Not everything needs to be fixed. Sometimes, we just need a reminder.

“Jacob loves to ride the bike at school. It helps with him building strength in his legs as well as helps him to steer. It is a fun way to motivate him to propel himself from one spot to another.” by @2rtorri
