Sometimes you don’t need another correction. You need a reminder.

She was frustrated with her turns, so we went back to a simple cue: squeeze.

That small adjustment helped her reconnect to her center and stay in her turns longer.

Not everything needs to be fixed. Sometimes, we just need a reminder.

Ecclesiastes 4:9-11
“Two are better than one, because they have a good return for their labor: If either of them falls down, one can help the other up. Also, if two lie down together, they will keep warm. But how can one keep warm alone?”

On June 9th, 2026, I had the privilege of declaring my love for my wife in front of our family and loved ones.

Two became one. Two individuals modeling selfless love in a partnership; the last piece to each other’s puzzle. Thank you to anyone who supported and encouraged us. Alexis and I will not forget all the wisdom and love given to us🙏🏾

Y’all really ran this one up. 😤 We said 200 likes and the full video was yours... and y’all delivered.
This video was made to feel like those backyard BBQs everybody remembers. Camcorder memories mixed with the moments we’re living right now. Just family, friends, music, and good vibes.
No more teasing... The “OR NAWH” music video is officially OUT. 🎥🔥
Go watch it, then come back and tell us your favorite scene. Did y’all rock with the vintage camcorder shots or the cinematic ones more? 👀
Tag somebody you would’ve had at this BBQ.☀️

The rehearsal was the easy part... 😂
Then we convinced ourselves we’d break the world record for eating 6 saltine crackers in 1 minute.
The confidence was at an all-time high.
The reality hit even harder. 💀
Episode 8: THE REHEARSAL PT. 1 is live now.
Who would’ve actually completed the challenge? Be honest. 👀👇
